This was changed since it directly contradicted cards currently in the deck. it contradicted nid:1489891584440. We can add what uworld says in extra since this was already 0-2 in the deck for majority of the cards covering the topic (in their extra sections)
Agree with above, edited note in extra to emphasize for others that UWorld says otherwise
