Yes this occurs sometimes from websites like wikipedia/wikimedia. Although its pretty rare.
You can try screenshotting these images and reuploading. Or converting the image to a different format
Screenshotting works 100% of the time though

@mailmhan I got it for just one note and it worked. If you submitted to others, you can submit to those the same way
