Will get back to you on this @ishwarm - we are still clarifying the exact spelling on terms. I agree I prefer Australian English spelling as much as possible; unfortunately in Medicine a lot of US English has found its way into the Medical field (notably fetus instead of foetus) and we are trying to be as aligned with this as possible. Will try and see if we can find a dedicated medical dictionary for a centralised reference!
