I agree this one is confusing. (In the linked article) AMBOSS mentions hyperparathyroidism via nephrocalcinosis as an etiology of Type 1. However, the MOA is via deposition of calcium oxalate stones in the kidney, and doesnt mention the ROA of “decreased HCO3 reabsorption due to elevated PTH” like the card does.

If we do change it to type 1 I vote we add an explanation that talks about the MOA.
