Would move around/re-phrase extra to clarify old vs new recommendation is related to vaccine change. Regarding actual card, could change to something like:
“What is the recommended CD4 count for HIV patients to receive varicella immunization? {{Any}}”
Like these suggestions; think this should be added as a new card (same tags minus ones for live attenuated vaccines) though as it would be completely new to someone already doing this card
Or can change it straingt up? Like we used to do before. And then in extra, give the explanations. Yeah but I guess atleast mentioning the new vaccines name should be considered. How about this?

The goals we should hit are:
- Make it clear now that live attenuated zostavax has been discontinued
- New vaccine is recombinant and is recommended over old one
- New vaccine can be given at any CD4 count
- Efficiently convey these changes to the reader (explanation I added rn might be too wordy)
Looks good, personally I wouldn’t add the last line in extra, the one after the *.
Agree w/ Stillmatic. Should we also remove the Bootcamp “live-attenuated vaccines” tag since it is no longer about that?
