Another open suggestion changes the cloze to be more broad which would be a good approach as well.

Prefer “pregnancy” short and to the point.

I lean towards the suggestion as is (change to ‘patients’, not ‘pregnancy’) since in the case of abortion misoprostol would be indicated during pregnancy because of its abortifacient effects. I think the card is trying to highlight that misoprostol is contraindicated in patient’s that could become pregnant but currently aren’t.

I agree with you which is why I went with this submission to tag everyone. I believe this card concept is saying don’t use Misoprostol for PUD and/or ulcer prophylaxis in these patients.
