Doesn’t say anything about requiring 5+ sxs, pt has cyclical patters of overeating, mood swings, and irritability (only three)
Says dx requires 2+ cycles with sxs and sx free in the follicular phase.

Support adding “likely” but would rather the rest go to the extra
@anking-maintainers - as per AMBOSS. 5 symptoms MUST be present to diagnose.
