Can someone UW check: Step 1 COMLEX 24813, USMLE Step 1 1702, or USMLE Step 1 6698

Step 1 1702 talks about displacement due to fracture of distal 1/3, in which answer is deltoid causing displacement towards inferolateral direction (along with weight of upper limb adding to the displacement)
Can’t find 6689. COMLEX I don’t have access to.
These are two different fractures, so two different mechanisms.
