I hope you think that they are acceptable in this format which is slightly different to how you proposed the changes originally. The main issue with having it all in one card is that the card is quite distinct visually and this makes it a little bit too easy, in my opinion, to remember the card instead of remembering the answer. I have cleaned up the extra a little and used Therapeutic Guidelines as this is a more relevant source than KEMH.
