@Ahmed7 Was there a Slack vote on this one? I thought the old answer (clindamycin plus quinine) was incorrect, but it seems UW still uses it, and it’s listed as an alternative in AMBOSS
For some reason I don’t remember accepting this. 
I think we were going to delete this card since this severity distinction is not needed for Step 1. and we’ll keep the card for mild to moderate cases. We should come to a conclusion on this one
