@braviboron This might be one of the rare topics where dosing and formulation is clinically relevant enough to be added to the cards - @sabicool can surely attest to the amount of times we’ve been harrassed by pharmacy to chart the standard thiamine 300mg TDS IV + PO regimen based on whether it’s a treatment for WE vs prophylaxis. QLD Health has decent guidelines on this if you’d like a frame of reference. Not essential but worth adding if you have the time.
No I think that’s reasonable. ED reg on drug and alcohol mentioned dosing today too. If you accept, I’ll add the TG dosing which looks reasonable @Stapedius
