@AnKing-Maintainers recommending new cloze addition
Super support, this card has always bugged me. TXA2 has to do with making bleeding worse sure, but NSAIDs are super classic for facilitating the actual mucosal damage in the first place and that’s more via inhibition of prostaglandins. I honestly am not entirely sure TXA2 matters as much for the GI bleeding part as for other bleeding issues but I don’t have a source that says otherwise.

This will add a new cloze and lot of people will get it wrong next time, so we need to add a note to extra.
