This is kinda complicated because this card specifically says “to rule out cancer” + this QID is about the cause of Ogilvie syndrome, not the dx or tx. Also, lots of cards on this stuff already.

Re: colonoscopy, AMBOSS says, “Indicated in hemodynamically stable patients when CECT cannot be performed, rules out a mechanical obstruction, colonoscopic decompression can be performed in the same sitting”
In short, idk how this card fits into the grand scheme of things… I am not sure I would change given the wording of this card.
