The order you list the answers doesn’t matter for this note. One by one works well when the answers have a logical order to them, like mnemonics. You could change the clozes to hint at what the next specific deletion is, eg “{{c1::Antibiotics::A}}” but that means giving hints which is suboptimal for learning unless there’s a mnemonic or other memory device you can rely on to provide the same hint during exams.
