I support this change. From my understanding, coronary artery disease is a bunch of atherosclerotic changes that make one predisposed to myocardial ischemia, angina is specifically a symptom of myocardial ischemia, most commonly due to coronary artery disease but not exclusively, so they aren’t quite the same. It does seem weird to have them both be answers though and AMBOSS > Hydralazine > Contraindications includes CAD but not angina.

FAS1 pg.323 says angina/CAD - only issue i see is CAD is not very specific, most people above age 40 have some degree of CAD, think i’d lean towards leaving as is
