@ket9 By “glycolytic intermediate,” it seems the original author was referring to it being a reactant for an intermediate reaction in glycolysis, rather than an enzyme. Although, 1,3 BPG is the closest glycolytic intermediate to 2,3 BPG, which would make it an isomer. All that to say, I support your suggestion but wanted to explain my rationale
