Think we should word it as “HIV-1 NAT” rather than “viral load”? AMBOSS lists combination assay and HIV-1 NAT as being used for confirmation as well as that CDC algorithm linked above
For other suggestions open on nid:1544195961947, think we can go with the other suggestion there and adjust that card to be specific to infants <24 months and keep it as HIV-1 NAT per AMBOSS
