I think this would be better as a table! Could also include a column for MCC (Heart Failure and Ejection Fraction - StatPearls - NCBI Bookshelf)
HFpEF → LVEF ≥ 50% → chronic HTN, afib, age-related changes
HFmrEF → LVEF 41-49% → ischemic heart disease, underlying structural abnormalities
HFrEF → LVEF ≤ 40% → ischemic heart disease (CAD, MI), dilated cardiomyopathy
