@ji_med Would like some more info in rationale for all of your QID tag suggestions regarding topic of the question and whether these cards are necessary for getting the correct answer (not incorrect answers) on the question. Helps us get through these faster, thanks!
agree @Cameron since you are suggesting alot, can you please give us why these need the tag? otherwise we will have to start rejecting, don’t want to add to many tags to cards that are not entirely necessary

In response to rationale for the Qid tag suggestion for Qid 1194: The educational objective for Qid 1194 states, “Heparins are ideal anticoagulants for most patients with thromboembolic disease in pregnancy as they do not cross the placenta and therefore the risk of fetal bleeding or teratogenicity is low. Low molecular weight heparin (eg, enoxaparin) is the preferred therapy, with patients transitioned to unfractionated heparin at term.” The information pertinent to selecting the correct answer is in this note’s “Text” field. The question prompt asked, “Which of the following is the most appropriate pharmacotherapy for this [pregnant] patient?”. The correct answer choice was “enoxaparin”.
In response to rationale for the Qid tag suggestion for Qid 19289: The educational objective for Qid 19289 states, “Patients of advanced age have increased bone marrow fat and reduced bone marrow mass, leading to impaired bone marrow reserve. This results in an inability to rapidly generate new blood cells in response to acute stress (e.g., blood loss, hypoxia).” The information pertinent to selecting the correct answer is in this note’s “Extra” field. The question prompt asked, “Which of the following age-related processes best explains the observed findings [seen in older patients with low reticulocyte count and longer recovery times in response to acute traumatic blood loss compared to younger patients]?”. The correct answer choice was “decreased bone marrow mass.”
I reviewed my other change note suggestions for their associated UWorld Qid tags, and it seems that they have been accepted and recently updated in the card deck but marked as rejected in the Community Suggestions, so I believe this issue is resolved.
Go ahead and resubmit the suggestions for the cards that were rejected with the rationale for those specifically on those cards so we can review them individually. They are likely only showing up on your end if they were rejected on AnkiHub.
@Ahmed7 can we go ahead with adding this tag here? Cards currently tagged don’t mention use in pregnant individuals specifically except in extra
