i dont see it in FA 2022 either, this is just semantics anyway, the main symptom from amboss and FA is intellectual disabilty, will approve, can revisit if necessary
This is how I always recalled the R as anyway, catches on more easily. Immediately noticed this change and liked that someone finally did it.
