Support, this card is originally based on FA where it’s compared directly against Lichen sclerosus which is of the vulva.

Lichen simplex chronicus can be of any part of body

See my other comment, but I would like to keep it to:

Lichen {{c1::simplex chronicus}} is hyperplasia of squamous epithelium, classically occurring in the vulva

^something along those lines

This way its accurate, but also tailored to step exams and so we don’t go too general

Like this wording a little bit better. Plus I would keep whatever is suggested for the Extra section.
