TL;DR: Yes.
The UWorld question covers changes in renin, aldosterone, & bicarb, d/t primary hyperaldosteronism → you should know what happens with aldosterone escape to be able to answer the question. Currently tagged notes did not discuss bicarb/metabolic alkalosis. Also, the current cards either 1) do not cover the concept itself (aldosterone escape), referring to the serum electrolyte/renin changes in isolation, 2) ask if you know another name for hyperaldosteronism is Conn syndrome (irrelevant to the UWorld question), or 3) common causes of hyperaldosteronism (also irrelevant).
