It is about 50/50 in the other cards in the deck if cystic medial necrosis or cystic medial degeneration is used.
I wonder if we should put somethign in the handbook on how he handle equally valid alternate names. Because it’s the source of a lot of suggestions (and card bloat). Also, the Amboss add-on does a great job of showing a lot of the alternate names.
