Maybe i didn’t explain my point enough in the rationale
But i am arguing that the card is actually wrong and lorazepam is not the preferred medication for alcohol withdrawal (long acting agents are) and there are special occasions where lorazepam is preferred (E.g., liver disease)
Any reason people felt this card didn’t deserved edits? I thought chlordiazepoxide or diazepam were preferred as well, and that you go to lorazepam when there is liver dysfunction…
