Previously been suggested, back then I found that “AMBOSS is saying weakness in both but only mentions atrophy of thenar eminence on the hand”. Also don’t think I’d agree that the other listed note disagrees, spastic paralysis due to UMN lesion does not mean atrophy (see nid:1480447022304). My understanding was that original card was saying LMNs to the hand are damaged early → muscle atrophy in hand early in disease
