@AnKing-Maintainers not the best card because not everyone has the same BP targets, indications to start antihypertensives is controversial (varies by source & age), what about this instead of current card?

Newly diagnosed hypertension with BP ≥140/90 mmHg or BP ≥130 / 80 mmHg with > 10% ASCVD risk, clinical ASCVD, or CHF should start {{c1::one}} antihypertensive(s)

Newly diagnosed hypertension with BP ≥20/10 above target should begin with {{c1::two}} primary antihypertensive(s)

I would prefer keeping this card about how many agents we use (one vs two)

The other one is about the indications of starting therapy

So keep this one as is “Maybe add >20/10 part”

And the other one change it from
BP > 130/80 + > 10% ASCVD risk = lifestyle modification and add {{c1::1::#}} antihypertensive medication(s)

to
start antihypertensive in

  • {{BP > 130/80 with > 10% risk}}
  • {{140/90}} and in the extra section of this card, maybe add the info from the other card (one vs two)
