@kyle.robinson You’re correct that some resources use one hand however from my reading, they use one hand to apply posterior pressure on the posterior shoulder (not anterior pressure on anterior shoulder as your suggestion had). I have updated accordingly and put a +/- to cover both options. Does this fit with your understanding or are there other resource that I have missed?
