This AMBOSS article states “The superficial femoral artery is commonly occluded (in the Hunters canal).” as a side note for “Femoropopliteal disease (most common): typically causes calf claudication“
In fact the same article shows popliteal at the border between infrapopliteal and femoropopliteal diseases.
IMO, I don’t think including popliteal will add any educational value. Superficial femoral is more high yield.
