Ok that does makes sense – sorry about sending in this suggestion, I should done a little more in depth research. First aid 2019 not saying anything specific about it combined with sketchy saying left sided heart failure made me confused. Interestingly, FA 2022 does mention right HF. I guess that was one of the changes they made in the newer versions.
