If we decide to add a row for antibiotics, I would add this too
I added typhi and immunocompromised individuals as exceptions. We can add more, but I don’t think it’s important for Step 1 cards (the table is in 5-10 cards that mainly compare the two bacteria.
I am also aware of another card that mentions antibiotics for both types of Salmonella, stating that for the non-typhoidal strain, we still use antibiotics in high-risk individuals. But I am not a big fan of that wording, as the focus should be on differentiating typhoidal from non-typhoidal strains (one will always require antibiotics, while the other mostly will not)
