appreciate your well thought out rationales, but our main objective is to keep it simple for the learner and not bog down on super technical details. If it is tested on UWorld or AMBOSS Qbank, then we can include/distinguish. Its okay to keep as is. In essence, our thinking goes (okay this change is technically correct → will this help the user answer more questions and score higher on step 1/2/3? if no then we generally tend to leave out)
