The card is about renal failure, not RTA and the cloze is just metabolic acidosis.
My change to extra was just adding info on how renal failure can be either NAGMA or HAGMA depending on etiology.
First bullet even said RTA = NAGMA
Second bullet was basically uremia = HAGMA
Damn, I was working on identical RTA card when I saw this and my brain just projected that here. I thought text was about RTA, not renal failure. Totally my fault.
That said, RTA does not necessarily = renal failure. I could see argument for adding the second bullet point to clarify HAGMA, but adding the note about RTA might be confusing since it doesn’t inherently imply renal failure.
