I 100% agree with you that individual clozes are too much for this card. I support one-by-one or having 1 cloze.
Likely will have a split on how to best treat this card; having 7 clozes on c1 imo is too many to recall at once without hinting/prompting. Even as a mnemonic breaks our standard for # of clozes per card. Card content is unlikely to change given this is a classic teaching point so I feel we can leave it up to individuals to change the card as they like and protect the Text field as needed
What’s the difference with Note ID 1482978433575, other than 1 less cloze? It asks for the “six Ps” of congenital hypothyroidism and is a one-by-one card with no other hinting/prompting.
1 less cloze makes it better, probably needs to be split up as well; personally been having trouble with the congenital hypothyroidism card myself. We tend to prefer groups of clozes around 3-4 at most
