Support, maybe not this exact change, but as the other open suggestion says, CKD is not only not a contraindication but also can be an indication to use SGLT-2 inhibitors

I was leaning more toward a simpler change (like keeping the text and just adding something to the Extra), but when I saw that they might be preferred in certain CKD patients, I thought maybe it’s better if we highlighted that more
I also have the feeling that I am missing something here so we should have multiple votes and eyes before proceeding with anything

Personally would rather have the CKD stages rather than the eGFR
