But maybe just change “twin” to “multiple”?
I did a bad job of explaining my rationale (edited now):
Clomiphene increases risk of not just twins, but triplets, quadruplets as well, although twin pregnancy is the most common form of multiple gestation. AMBOSS, FA24 (e.g., pg 674), and Sketchy do not mention “twin” pegnancy, but rather state side effect of clomiphene is increased risk of “multiple simultaneous pregnancies”.
Small matter, but perhaps worth aligning language with AMBOSS/FA
What about this change?

With extra field.
“Associated with increased incidence of multiple simultaneous pregnancies (e.g., twins, triplets, quadruplets)”
