A format suggest changed this card to be kinda incorrect by moving stuff to extra field. This card is straight from a UW question (that I got wrong too

Wait all 3 are the same thing. I think the submission users confusion is that subacute granulomatous thyroiditis is the one in table and different.
Subacute lymphocytic thyroiditis (also known as painless thyroiditis and silent thyroiditis)
vs.
Subacute granulomatous thyroiditis (also known as giant cell thyroiditis, de Quervain thyroiditis, and subacute thyroiditis)
