You can still use that image, you would just need to remove the copyright symbol!

Do we want to add nid:1521570177833 to the table with aVR having ST elevations with a left coronary artery (LCA) myocardial infarction? I know this is somewhat the exception to the ST elevation rule since it involves somewhat diffuse/global ischemia.
