TBH I am not strongly convinced by the two changes. It has been a while since I last checked but I believe most resources consider NSAIDs colchicine and steroids as first-line agents each with specific indications
additionally combinations of these agents are used depending on the number of joints involved
It is true that NSAIDs are the preferred agents (in most cases) I am not sure if this makes the other agents second or third line options
The current card helps me answer the question using the second part of the sentence, not the part that says “first, second, third” as I consider all of them as first line agents
This is a super valid point! I think we can consider leaving card alone (and potentially reverting the other one) or making some other changes to wording to make this more clear
I agree with @mohannadkh10 's rationale. There’s so much going on in that AMBOSS article that I don’t think it really makes sense to have the agents labeled as first, second, and third-line. I think it’s fine to move the bit @Ahmed7 pointed out moved to extra but these cards in general need to be overhauled
