Other open suggestion here looks like it would fix this issue, leaving this up for visibility in the queue so that others can take a look
Think the card is correct as is. Think what’s throwing people off though is the cocaine which is more associated with placental abruption. Key distinguishing feature here is an irregular mass (ie palpable fetal parts that have protruded through the ruptured uterus). Maybe we can just clarify that in the extra section so the card is a bit clearer. “Irregular mass due to palpable fetal parts through the ruptured uterus” @Sameem @herstein.jacob @Bilal @Tahseen @shmuelsash
Placental abruption can also present with signs of shock and fetal distress. This opinion makes no sense. The card is correct as is. Please cite proper resources for such important changes rather than personal opinions.

@thomas.holmes @Sameem Take a look at the other open suggestion here when you get a chance, they did cite their sources there and had the same confusion

Couldn’t find another suggestion. Can you please share me the link, or tag me in?
In the future, the little globe(?) icon next to the note ID on suggestions tells you how many suggestions are open on a note and you can click it to restrict the search to just that note
