might be a dupe or we can remove HHNK from nid: 1462327382493 since it used to be just DKA
@thomas.holmes @herstein.jacob @Cameron @Eli.Tanenbaum , thoughts on removing HHNK from nid:1462327382493 since that was added without maintainer approval so they can have their own separate cards or keep nid: 1462327382493 and dupe this card (I prefer the former since its HY)
Support but should put a note in extra: K+ given if levels ≤ 5.2 mEq/L
If tx is truly identical, which I think it is, then I’d support combining and marking one card as dupe. Could see the argument for separating them though… unsure how to approach.
I think it’s better to keep nid: 1462327382493 and dupe this card. It’s more concise and the info seems redundant. It also links the two concepts.
Treatment overall is handled the same between the two; just looked through these cards today and we already have a table that reflects this (nid:1555720980431). Specific details like dosage etc. are different but both need IV Fluid, insulin, K+
Agree w/ others that I think we can just dupe merge this
