Any feedback on how to resolve?
Are you using PDF to Anki by any chance?
Please use AnkiHub > Help > Upload logs and data and let us know the filename shown.

Not sure I follow. I have a surface pro 7. Downloaded the Anki app on there. If I go to to Help in the app, all I see is Guide, Support Anki, and About. There is no ‘upload logs and data’. Please advise
Anything else I can do?
Can you use Anki normally after this error shows up or is this preventing you from using Anki?
Are you trying to suggest new cards or anything like that?
I can’t even login to use Anki so not sure what I can even do at this point.
Hi, I have been facing this issue too. Can’t use Anki at all. My anki crashes whenever I sync it with server. If it’s disabled, Anki works smooth. If it’s enabled with the option Ankihub sync as never, works smooth. However it crashes when I click sync. @Ahmed7
@rmumtaz Do you have a access to a different network that you can test with?
@bling000 Are you getting any error? Your issue might be different.
Are you referring to a different Wi-Fi network?
Yes.
ok, thank you. I tried two different Wi-Fi networks along with a personal hotspot - still didn’t work. I tried both my username vs email on each network too - still didn’t work with this error repeatedly showing, What else do you recommend?:

@rmumtaz Can you try again now? I found an issue in your user database that’s probably causing this and fixed it.
Onboarding bug?
Thank you, I can log in now. However, when synching with the AnKing Step Deck, it says this depsite purchasing an annual plan back in August 2024. Please advise:
@rmumtaz try now
