Anki Syncing

Hello everyone!
before this error happened i was trying to sync my anki to ankihub in order to sync my laptops anki decks to my iPad where i just downloaded anki. I entered my ankihub username and password as prompted before being faced with this error message.

Note - i downloaded the free AnKing from the reddit, and nothing from AnkiHub, in fact, i signed up just now for the whole syncing process

@abdo.nh this error used to be solved by updating, now its re-appearing. Any idea?

@alrashdan Can you try checking for add-on updates from Tools > Add-ons > Check for Updates?

@Ahmed7 It’s solved by updating the add-on rather than Anki.

@ProductTeam The add-on used to tell the user when they have an outdated add-on version but this is no longer the case apparently.
