It seems as if the most recent ankihub update (7/20/23) causes anki to close out after going through the browse menu. It causes anki to reflexively quit out of nowhere when clicking on a tag in the browse section. I am on the most recent version of anki.
Are you on version 2.1.64? This is the most stable version we are currently recommending so far
I just downgraded to that version and I am still having the exact same issue.
Restarting my computer seemed to solve the issue. Thank you!
