Hello,

My most immediate recommendation would be to upgrade your version of Anki to the most stable release (24.11). The most recent version of Anki can always be found on the Anki website: https://apps.ankiweb.net/

From there, I would also recommend updating all of your addons. From within Anki, Tools - Addons - Check for updates.

Let me know if that helps.
