Before the error happened, I was…
Trying to submit another new note suggestion after it got denied once. Tried making some changes to the text field and still got the same error when trying to suggest the note again.

The logs show this error:

A new note suggestion with this anki id already exists in this deck.

So apparently the first suggestion went through.

thanks. i had to create the card again with new note id for it to work. might be a one time bug, will report again if it re-occurs.
