Please try disabling this add-on and see if the problem persists.

You should also consider updating Anki to the latest version. You can download it here:

After downloading, just run the installer — it will update Anki automatically.

After that, to update the AnkiHub add-on, go to:
Tools > Add-ons > Check for Updates on Anki’s main screen.
