Hello,

Consider updating Anki to the latest version. It can solve the issue. You can download it here:
:backhand_index_pointing_right: https://apps.ankiweb.net/
After downloading, just run the installer — it will update Anki automatically.

After that, to update the AnkiHub add-on, go to:
Tools > Add-ons > Check for Updates on Anki’s main screen.
