Error upon startup

I open Anki and get this error after attempting to update all of my add ons. I have tried updating all but AnkiHub and it still doesnโ€™t work. New to Anki.

This is most likely due to the image resizer addon. Can you shift-click when starting Anki and disable image resizer and see if this still occurs?
