Error when trying to sync

I keep getting this error whenever I click on Sync. I end up syncing my cards just fine when I click it a second time; and everything seems to be fine, but I don’t understand why I keep getting this error when in the first place.

Check whether you have firewall/antivirus software as they can interfere with syncing.
