Please try the following steps to see if they resolve the error:

  1. Update the AnkiHub add-on: On your Anki main screen, go to Tools > Add-ons > Check for Updates. After the update is complete, please restart Anki.
  2. Run the Check Database tool: Go to Tools > Check Database.
